Blogs will ruin my journalism career.

Andrew Sardone over at NOW Magazine posted the list of confirmed designers to show at L’Oréal Fashion Week before I even heard back from my editor about printing an “I Hear…” rumour. When will magazines catch up with the Internet? I never thought that writing for a fashion magazine would land me in a Kafka bureaucracy.

Will they make me start my own blog?

More importantly, will I get a pay increase if I am forced to write a blog? I will, after all, have to file at least one story a day. That’s hard work.
