I had THE BEST day!

In the morning, a gay baton twirling corp from the U.S. passed by, all upset because their costumes were confiscated at customs. They only had tracksuits, but then saw my Velocity collection and bought up most of it so they could stand out during the Pride Parade! Hoorah! I’m saved for next month’s rent once again!

Then the sun came out, so I sold a bunch of sparkly sunglasses and then another great thing happened: I met Bernie Debt! He was so much fun! He told me how much he loved my L’Oréal Fashion Week debut and bought some sunglasses and some jewelled parasols. He said he was having a party and wanted to give gifts to his guests. He also said he’d be watching for my next collection! So cool!

On top of it all, the booth was close to the Alternaqueer Stage and I heard all this great music. I think my new favourite bands are Shitt Hottt and Creature from Montreal.

Pride was super-fun!
