OK! Marathon invitation day! The Fashion Week organizers asked for my seating list. Seating list? I have to do that too? I didn’t even send out my invitations until today! Spent all night making 500 mini-collages that really reflect the mood of my collection. Even though they were rushed, I’m pretty happy with them.

I begged and pleaded with Elmo to help, which he did. In return, I have to be his roadie for the next 6 months. He totally forgot that I could never carry an amp up any stairs, so he’s going to have to do that anyway. I got a pretty good deal and all my guests got hand-made and hand-delivered collages.

At least all my clothes are done. No matter what anyone says, it was so great to have the kids working with me. They were the ones who wanted to help! Sure, I may have kept them up late a few nights, but I’m totally not a slavedriver! And now I have time to do things like invitations and seating chart! I think I’m doing pretty well.
