Planning a Fashion Show is an Insane Thing to Do!

What was I thinking going out last night, drinking all that free RICH Prosecco? I never get to have fancy drinks and it was all free at Biddell’s afterparty, so I had to drink it. If I didn’t, it just would have been wrong.

But wrong is how I feel! Wrong, wrong, wrong! Last night I realized that I totally forgot to design a wedding dress! Every fashion show needs to end with a wedding dress. So I stayed up all night and drunkenly sewed a wedding dress. It’s halfway done and it looks pretty cool, but I’m going to have to stay up all night again to finish it.

To make things worse, I had to waste like, 3 hours at Staples copying a million things: seat assignments, guest lists, and my program. Of course the machine broke and nothing was going right. Then I saw a girl with the same last-minute look as me. I glanced at what she was printing: seating assignments!

She turned out to be Janet Hill, who’s having a capsule collection debut an hour after my show. She was wearing one of her hand-dyed shirts, which she said was made of all natural fabric, and she also had a big garment bag full of her clothes. They were pretty and cool. Very L.A. She was really sweet, so I hope her show goes well.

Oh, man! I have so much to do…
