After meeting the delightful Melanie Cruickshank at the opening of Philip Sparks’s new studio, I agreed to meet with her to find out about her DaLish line of cosmetics.

She has a wonderful idea: an entire makeup kit suitable for all faces in one adorable little tube. The makeup is so fresh and easy, I bought three tubes: one for home, one for the office, and one for my emergency getaway bag. And it is all made in Canada. Oh, how I love Canadian cosmetics. I have been all over this world covering fashion and beauty and M.A.C. and Cake Beauty have remained my favourite lines. Now I can include DaLish in that list. A woman can never have too many beauty supplies.
