Manufacturing Process – Neoprene Rubber Sheets

In modern days, the rubber sheet is produced using a mixture of Natural & Synthetic Rubber & available in various colors such as green, red, blue, green, black but for the industry Purposes Black color preferred.

The materials involved in ‘industrial rubber sheet(Also known as ‘แผ่นยางอุตสาหกรรม‘ in the thai language) processing such as Sulfur, Zinc Oxide, TMT, Titanium, MBTS. Minerals such as Calcium Carbonate, Carbon.

Oil processing called RPO (Rubber Processing Oil), all the ingredients are mixed together using a rubber processing machine that includes Ban-bury mix, machine Kneader, mixing mill, calendar machine, extrude, hydraulic press, roto-drug and cooling conditioner.

There are two types available are Natural rubber, Synthetic. Natural rubber derived from the rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis) after processing the type of material licking milk from the rubber tree (called latex).

Synthetic Rubber is a petroleum-based products, manufactured using content derived from crude oil and with the addition of certain chemicals by way of Industrial applications.

Silicone – Highly resistant to temperature, it can withstand up to 250 degrees celsius.

EPDM – Resistant to weather, temperature, aging, radiation, EPDM rubber to prevent water or liquid passing through and that is the reason it is widely used in roof waterproof, Canal & Ponds Lining.

Nitrile – NBR sheet or permeable to gas, because it is used as a gasket for packing purposes.

Viton or fluoroelastomer – Resistant to oils and solvents. It shows good abrasion and tears resistance. These sheets can endure high temperatures very well.
